Core Values & Statement of Faith

The biblical pillars and foundational doctrines that govern our ministry.

Our Core Values

The Supremacy of Scripture

We hold a high view of Scripture, believing the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and all-sufficient Word of God. It is our final authority for all matters of faith and conduct. We prioritize expository, verse-by-verse preaching to ensure the whole counsel of God is taught clearly.

God-Centered Worship

Worship is the continual proclamation of God's character. We exist to magnify the glory of the Triune God through the reading of Scripture, prayer, the biblical ordinances, and robust singing. Our focus is not consumerism, but the exaltation of Christ as our supreme treasure.

Multi-Cultural Harmony

God created diverse ethnic groups to display His glory in unique ways. Following the vision of Revelation 7:9, we utilize digital space to foster a bicultural and multi-ethnic fellowship where different backgrounds are celebrated as a beautiful reflection of God's vast grace.

Intentional Discipleship

We are committed to the Great Commission—forming and equipping mature disciples who become disciple-makers. Through digital small groups, mentorship, and accountability, we provide the gospel, safety, and time necessary for believers to be conformed to the image of Christ.

Statement of Faith

Harvest Renewal Fellowship joyfully confesses the historic Christian faith as revealed in the Holy Scriptures and summarized in the great confessions of the church.

1. The Holy Scriptures

We believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God, fully sufficient for faith and life. Through them, God reveals His will, His redemptive purposes, and the way of salvation.

2 Timothy 3:16–17 2 Peter 1:19–21 Psalm 119:89 Matthew 24:35

2. The Triune God

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—equal in essence, power, and glory, who created all things and governs them according to His sovereign will.

Deuteronomy 6:4 Matthew 28:19 2 Cor 13:14 Isaiah 43:10

3. Jesus Christ

We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, who became fully human without ceasing to be fully divine. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for sinners, was bodily raised from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return in glory to judge the living and the dead.

John 1:1, 14 Luke 1:35 Romans 3:24–25 1 Cor 15:3–4

4. The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit applies the work of Christ to God’s people by regenerating hearts, granting faith and repentance, indwelling believers, and empowering them for holy living and faithful witness.

John 14:16–17 John 16:8–11 Romans 8:9 Galatians 5:16, 25

5. Humanity and Sin

We believe humanity was created in the image of God for fellowship with Him, but through Adam’s disobedience fell into sin, resulting in spiritual death and separation from God. All people are sinners by nature and by choice and are unable to save themselves.

Genesis 1:26–27 Romans 3:23 Romans 5:12–19 Ephesians 2:1–3

6. Salvation

We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. God justifies sinners by imputing the righteousness of Christ to those who trust in Him, apart from works, solely on the basis of Christ’s finished work.

Ephesians 2:8–10 John 1:12 Romans 5:1 Titus 3:5

7. The Church

We believe the church is the body of Christ, composed of all true believers, called to worship God, proclaim the gospel, make disciples, administer the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper, and live as a faithful witness in the world.

Matthew 28:18–20 Acts 2:41–47 1 Cor 11:23–26 Ephesians 1:22–23

8. The Christian Life

We believe believers are called to live lives of obedience, holiness, love, and good works, not as the basis of salvation, but as the fruit of God’s grace and the evidence of a transformed life.

Romans 12:1–2 Galatians 5:22–23 Titus 2:11–14 1 John 3:14

9. Last Things

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead, the final judgment, the eternal blessedness of the redeemed in the presence of God, and the eternal separation of the unrepentant from Him.

Matthew 25:41–46 1 Thess 4:16–17 Revelation 20:11–15

The Statement of Faith is hereby adopted as the doctrinal standard of the Fellowship and governs all teaching, preaching, worship, and instruction.
